Admission Statement
All children are precious in His sight. Therefore, no child will be refused admittance because of gender, race, color or creed. NTCS admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate in any way, on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin, or gender, in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, athletic and other school administered programs.

Registration
Registration for all grades (Preschool – 3rd) is currently open. However, pre-registration for EACH school year opens in April for all new students. A non-refundable registration fee is assessed each school year for new and returning students. To complete registration all new students should obtain registration forms from the school office or on-line. NTCS’ continuing students will receive a student packet prior to the start of the new school year. Open registration runs through the end of May. Fees are subject to change after open registration. Students will not be able to complete registration until the registration fee is paid.

Application & Enrollment Procedure
The Toddler and Pre-School programs has open enrollment year round. The application process for new students is as follows:
- Obtain an enrollment application form from the school office and return it completed to the school office accompanied with the registration and all applicable fees or you may apply and pay the required fees online.
- Make an appointment with the program director for an entrance interview. All parents must agree to uphold the goals of NTCS as outlined in the Student Handbook as well as demonstrate behavior that is characterized by a positive attitude toward authority, peers and God.
- Prospective students will be given an entrance exam in order to determine their level of academic knowledge. A testing fee of $ 15.00 will be charged. All new students will be tested.
- To complete the enrollment process the following must be submitted:
- Immunization records
- Emergency cards
- Student Transcripts (Elementary Students)
New students will be accepted based on test scores, completed application form, interview, and references when required.

Multi-Student Discount
NTCS recognizes the sacrifice parents make to give their children a good sound academic education with a Christian foundation. Therefore, we provide tuition discounts to those families that have more than one student enrolled as follows:
- Tuition for the 2nd student is discounted by $ 30.00 monthly
- Tuition for the 3rd student is discounted by $ 40.00 monthly
- Tuition for the 4th student is discounted by $ 50.00 monthly

Half-day Toddler Program: (Includes 1 snack) $ 385.00 per child
Full-day 3 – 4 yrs. old: (Includes 2 snacks) $ 400.00 per child
Half-day 3-4 yrs. old (Includes 1 snack) $ 385.00 per child
Drop-in daily rate (non-student)/8 hours (Includes 2 snacks) $ 25.00 per day
Drop in half-day rate (non-student)/4 hours or less (Includes 1 snack) $ 15.00 per day
